Vince Neil told to BREAK A LEG before the show and Almost does...LOL

ATLANTA (Sept. 18) - Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil injured his leg performing at a concert Friday night.

The band was about five songs into the concert at downtown Atlanta's Philips Arena when Neil leaned over to sing along with the audience and slipped off stage, Atlanta Police Department spokeswoman Sylvia Abernathy told the Associated Press.

He was treated at Piedmont Hospital and released Saturday, hospital spokeswoman Diana Lewis said.

Although police indicated that Neil broke his leg, the band's official Web site states he partially tore a calf muscle.

The band does not expect to miss any shows because of the injury.
